Our terms of delivery are valid from 1.10.2021. We reserve the right to alter our terms of delivery, so please read through the current terms before ordering products from our webstore.
Product information and pricing is presented on each product. We reserve the right to alter the prices and shipping fees, so please check the prices in the shopping cart before sending the order. The prices are VAT inclusive, as shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Any shipping fees are dependant on the product itself (for example weight, packaging) and the chosen shipping method and the fees will be automatically added to the total amount of your order. You will see the shipping fees in your shopping cart before confirming your order.
Ordering can be done on our webstore by adding products into the shopping cart, confirming the order and paying for the order in the payment service.
When ordering from our webstore you are required to familiarize yourself with our currently valid terms of delivery. Any order sent by you and confirmed by us creates a binding contract between you and us, with the exception of the right of cancelling your order as stated below.
You can pay for your webshop order using the payment methods available in the shopping cart.
The payments are processed and handled by Paytrail Oyj (FI21228397) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit companies. Paytrail Oyj is shown as the receiver of payment in your bank statement or credit bill, and Paytrail will transfer the payment to the seller. Paytrail Oyj has a payment processing permit. In any indifferences we kindly ask you to contact the seller of the products.

After your order has been sent successfully you will receive an order confirmation via email, so please enter your email address when making a purchase. The order confirmation will also show the selected payment method.
In the case where we are unable to confirm your order due to an unexpected event we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Your order will be shipped using a shipping method available in our webstore. The shipping method will be selected when the order is made.

Our delivery time within Finland is 1-2 days for any items in our storage, depending on your order and the selected shipping method. We aim to ship all orders during the next business day at the latest.
If you are a consumer, you have the permission as defined in Finnish law to return your order by informing us within 14 days after receiving your order.
A notification of cancelling your order must be sent to our customer service email address or as a written statement included in the products that you return to us.
Any products being returned must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for returning.
If you wish to cancel your order, the products must be returned without delay, within 14 days after sending a notification of cancelling. If requested, the person returning the products is required to provide proof that the products have been returned in due time, for example by providing a shipping receipt. The person returning the products needs to pay the shipping costs related to the return and these costs will not be payed back.
When returning your order, please include your name and contact information. Payments are returned using the same payment method as used when ordering.
As stated in Finnish law, we will return your payment without delay.

Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. It any products are missing or damaged during shipping, or they do not otherwise match your order or are otherwise faulty, please inform us as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest to our customer service to sort out how to fix the issue.
In consumer sales we follow the binding fault responsibility clauses of the Finnish consumer protection law.
